Scott Lake Maintenance would like to thank everyone for their patience while we worked to resolve the water pressure issue. The problem has been fixed, and normal service has been restored. We are no longer asking residents to conserve water.

September Scott Lake Water and HOA Billing Issues
September Scott Lake Water and HOA billing is still being updated as we transition to our new billing provider. Our goal from the start has been to provide a better billing system for less cost to our community.
We have run into several unanticipated challenges and ask for patience while we continue moving forward.
Certain information we anticipated being able to show on this month’s invoice will not be included. This includes the last month meter reading, this month meter reading, and total water consumption for the month. We are continuing to work on the invoices to provide this information.
If you wish to obtain your meter readings and consumption or have other billing questions, please contact OrgSupport at SLMCBilling@OrgSupport.com or (360) 867-8817.
Everyone will again receive a paper invoice this month and those that have an email on file will alsoreceive an electronic invoice. The email will contain a direct link to the Bills.com Payment Portal if you want to pay your bill online or set up automatic payments.
The paper invoice will show this current month’s Balance Due AND a Customer Total Balance. The Customer Total Balance will include any past due amounts added to the Balance Due. It will also show credits if any were applied.
If you have set up an account on Bill.com, you can see past invoices with amounts due and credits as well as this month’s Balance Due.
You don’t have to pay through Bills.com to set up an account and see your information.
We encourage people to go paperless if you are comfortable with that as it will significantly reduce billing costs by eliminating the costs of printing and mailing. Please fill out this very short form HERE(https://form.jotform.com/252407013047143) if you want to opt out of receiving paper bills. You can also contact OrgSupport by phone, email, or text.
We apologize for any inconveniences at this time as we go through the transition, but there have already been improvements and there are more to come.

- Online through Bills.com (both one-time payments or set up automatic payments). Visit https://app02.us.bill.com/p/scottlake to set up your account.
- Mail a check to SLMC Billing, 120 State AVE NE, #303, Olympia, WA 98501
- Remember, if you pay using your bank’s bill pay feature you need to update the payment destination to this address.
- Drop a check (no cash) in the drop box at the office door at the Community Center.

Important Notice Regarding August Water Bills
SLMC water bills normally include charges for the previous month’s water use. The August bill was intended to reflect July consumption only.
Due to a data transfer issue in moving meter readings to the new billing system, some properties were mistakenly billed for both June and July water use. This caused Extra Water Usage (EWU) charges that were incorrect.
To correct this:
- All properties with water service will only need to pay the base rate of $123.56 for August.
- Properties without water service will pay the standard $53.26.
- All EWU charges for July have been waived. EWU charges will resume for August’s usage, billed in September.
- Late fees for the August bill are waived. As long as payment is made by September 20, no late fees will be applied.
- If you have already paid more than the base rate, a credit will be issued to your account.
