Rapid Notification System Update 03/26/25

For the Community’s information, the RNS system (text and email alerts and updates) have historically been sent by Northwest Water Systems (NWS) as a part of their billing department.  NWS is updating their billing system and the RNS is no longer available to us.  There is some limited ability to send out emails and we have asked them to do so regarding the most recent water line repair on Scotlac Court happening Thursday, March 27th (details under separate post).

Scott Lake Maintenance Co. has sought out a replacement RNS system that will  allow us to send out notices from our office.  The Board is in the process of getting the new system set up as soon as possible and there will be more information coming as we progress.  

In the meantime, you may or may not get an email regarding the repair on Scotlac.  Please check the SLMC website and FB page for updates.
