On Thursday, October 19, 2023, from 6pm to 8pm, your Board of Trustees will be having a scheduled Board of Directors meeting. Its nearly Halloween time which means Trunk-or-Treat sign up time! If you would like to decorate your vehicle for Trunk-or-Treat at the community center parking lot, you can sign up at: https://forms.gle/Uteap9mh73HabGHK
DETAILS/GUIDELINES:
On Oct. 31st, vehicles must be parked by 5:45pm and stay parked until 8pm or until everyone at the event runs out of candy, for safety reasons there will no moving vehicles during these times.
Trunks should be decorated in a family friendly manner; they can be spooky but not inappropriate.
Please be prepared to have candy or treats for 150-200 trick-or-treaters.
There will be a prize for the crowds favorite decorated trunk! Winner will be announced Nov. 1 on this page and the Scott Lake Maintenace Co. Facebook page.
This is a rain or shine event.
Deadline to sign up is Oct. 25th.
