Due to a broken pipe on the corner of Shoreview/Vantage, water needs to be shutoff to perform the repairs.
The affected streets are Shoreview, Vantage and Scotlac. The homes on these streets are being contacted to prepare for the shutoff.
We suspect that a car into the ditch from the inclement weather could have caused this, but nothing definite. Another piece of news is that we’re investigating additional needed repairs while we’re down there to further improved our water system.
We have been advised that a boil notice will occur after the repairs are finished.
