Bills are being mailed today for the month of August, 2016. If your billing is the standard rate that you are routinely billed, it is the correct amount due. If your billing is in any other amount, it is incorrect and will need to be corrected.

Over a month of billing and payments data was lost and will need to be re-entered. We expect that everyone’s accounts will be corrected in the next thirty days and the next billing cycle will be accurate. We apologize for this unforeseen trouble.

If you know your account is accurate, please ignore the incorrect billing amount and pay the basic rate only. Thank you for working with us on this unusual problem!
